Terms and conditions of participation – Atelier Goldmann Advent Calendar Giveaway 2025

1. Organizer
The organizer of this competition is Atelier Goldmann (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"). This competition is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.

2. Eligibility
All natural persons residing in Germany or Austria who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to enter. Participation via automated services, multiple entries using several accounts, or manipulated accounts will result in disqualification from the competition. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Competition period
The competition runs as part of the Atelier Goldmann Advent Calendar from December 1st, 2025 to December 24th, 2025. Comments submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. Participation & Lottery Procedure
Any person who leaves a comment under the daily Advent calendar video on the relevant day and is subscribed to the corresponding channel at the time of commenting is eligible to participate. Only one comment per person per day will be counted as participation.

The winners will be determined by random draw (lottery procedure) from among all valid participants after the closing date of the participation period.

5. Prize & Prize Notification
The respective prizes will be drawn on December 25, 2025, and winners will be notified via the social media platform or by direct message.

The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred. If a winner does not respond to the notification within 14 days of winning, the prize claim is forfeited. Legal recourse is excluded.

6. Liability & Exclusion
The organizer is not liable for technical failures, delays, or data loss related to participation. Manipulation, incorrect information, or attempted fraud will result in disqualification from the competition.

7. Data protection
Personal data submitted as part of the competition (e.g., name, address, social media handle) will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting and processing the competition and will then be deleted. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

8. Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. Legal recourse is excluded.
