Our watchmaking service includes a complete disassembly, cleaning, and regulation of the complex chronograph movement – with the utmost care and precision.

Scope of services: 12-point check:

Incoming inspection and functional testing of all chronograph functions
Opening the watch & complete disassembly of the movement and chronograph module
Ultrasonic cleaning of all movement and chronograph components
Visual inspection for wear, damage and malfunctions
Lubrication of all bearings and switching points, including the chronograph mechanism
Adjustment of the escapement & fine-tuning
Clutch inspection & adjustment, gears and reset
Checking and aligning the hands (including the stopwatch hand)
Cleaning of case & bracelet
Replacing worn seals
Waterproofing test with pressure test
Final inspection & multi-day test run with functional testing

Insured shipping and return shipping
After placing your order, you will receive an insured shipping label and clear shipping instructions for the safe delivery of your watch to us. Return shipping is also insured and included in the price.
We will also send you a form where you can enter all relevant information about your watch – such as model, condition, known defects, and any special requests. Please include this form with your shipment so that we can optimally inspect and process your watch.

Prices and additional costs
The prices quoted apply exclusively to the scope of maintenance described in the product description. Should any defects be discovered or replacement parts required during the service, you will receive a customized cost estimate from us. Additional work will only be carried out with your prior approval.

Processing time
Without any repair work required, the processing time is usually 2 to 4 weeks.
Should a repair or replacement of parts be necessary, the duration will depend on the availability of the corresponding spare parts. We will keep you informed throughout the entire process.

Documentation and transparency
Every service is fully documented. You will receive a detailed service report as well as photographic documentation of your watch – for maximum transparency and traceability.

Payment is conveniently made in advance via our online shop. Should any additional work arise during the audit, we will inform you promptly and coordinate all further steps with you individually.

The warranty includes:

The warranty does not cover the water resistance of the watch. Although we test every watch for water resistance (pressure test) as part of the service, this cannot be guaranteed, as external influences such as temperature fluctuations, shocks, or improper handling can subsequently impair the water resistance.

Important note: We strongly recommend having the water resistance checked again before contact with water (e.g. swimming, showering, diving).
