Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch 3590.50.00
The Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch Ref. 3590.50.00 belongs to the most distinctive generations of the legendary Speedmaster and embodies the classic Moonwatch style with the proven hand-wound Calibre 861 movement. This reference was produced from the late 1980s to the mid-1990s and is highly sought after today by enthusiasts of classic Speedmaster models.
The watch offered here dates from 1993 and was originally delivered in Germany. Of particular note is the extensive original packaging: in addition to the original Omega box and other accessories, the original purchase invoice, the original warranty certificate, the original instruction manual, and the warranty booklet are also included. This gives the watch an exceptionally well-documented history.
In 2021, a comprehensive overhaul was carried out, including the replacement of the crown and crystal. The plexiglass crystal has now been replaced again with a new, original Omega plexiglass crystal. The watch is therefore in excellent condition, both technically and aesthetically.
The current timekeeping results are also impressive: On the timing machine, the movement is currently running at only about -3 seconds per day. Therefore, in our opinion, no further service is currently necessary.
