Insured shipping and return shipping
After placing your order, you will receive an insured shipping label and clear shipping instructions for the safe delivery of your watch to us. Return shipping is also insured and included in the price.
We will also send you a form where you can enter all relevant information about your watch – such as model, condition, known defects, and any special requests. Please include this form with your shipment so that we can optimally inspect and process your watch.

Prices and additional costs
The prices quoted apply exclusively to the scope of maintenance described in the product description. Should any defects be discovered or replacement parts required during the service, you will receive a customized cost estimate from us. Additional work will only be carried out with your prior approval.
Processing time
Without any repair work required, the processing time is usually 2 to 4 weeks.
Should a repair or replacement of parts be necessary, the duration will depend on the availability of the corresponding spare parts. We will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
Documentation and transparency
Every service is fully documented. You will receive a detailed service report as well as photographic documentation of your watch – for maximum transparency and traceability.
